I was a Project Associate with the SAI MATerials group, continuing on from my bachelors thesis work in the same group. Earlier in 2021, I graduated from the Mechanical Engineering bachelors program at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (Hyderabad Campus). My thesis topic (and my current work) was combining machine learning with density functional theory calculations in solid electrolyte systems. Although my bachelors degree is in mechanical engineering, I have a keen interest in materials for energy storage.

I usually spend my free time playing (or watching) tennis and football. During COVID-19, I also developed a huge liking for satirical talk shows such as the The Daily Show and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.

After my stint in the group, I pursued a Masters degree in Computational science and engineering at the Imperial College London, starting October 2022.
