I am an undergraduate student in the Department of Physics at the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, with an expected graduation year of 2028. Currently, I am working as a summer research intern (May–July 2025) on generative models for the inverse design of materials.

My research interests lie in areas such as computational physics, condensed matter physics, statistical mechanics, and the development of simulation models. I find the process of building simulations akin to composing music - a creative process that requires time to master. What draws me in most is the deceptive clarity it offers: the false yet fascinating sense that I fully understand the system at hand yet most of the times I forget the assumptions made to make the model work.

Outside of research, I am an active member of the ‘Machine Learning Club’ at IIT (BHU), where I aim to create a culture that values both empirical rigor and theoretical depth in machine learning research. Beyond academics, I enjoy watching documentaries and web series.
