I am an M. Tech. student at the Department of Materials Engineering, Indian Institute of Science (IISc) since August 2022. My research interests are based on computational material science and water splitting technology to design/model new/cheap energy harvesting materials/devices which can reduce the usage of fossils fuels mainly in residential application. Specifically, I want to explore energy harvesting mechanisms to replace liquified petroleum gas permanently as a cooking fuel.
Before joining IISc, I spent about three years working as an Executive Engineer in a Glass Manufacturing Plant after completing my B. Tech. in Ceramic Technology from Government College of Engineering and Ceramic Technology, Kolkata.
At my leisure, I love to do sketching (such as 3D sketches, portraits, storyboarding, and abstracts) and singing (only inside my room!).
